Shipping

Shipping normally takes 1 to 3 days to reach you in The Netherlands using standard mail. In Europe you can expect to receive you product in 1-2 weeks. The rest of the world, you can expect to receive your product in 2-3 weeks for standard shipping. We will notify you when your product has been shipped. If you have any queries please do get in touch with us and we will do our best to accommodate your order. Please be aware that 28º can not be held responsible for any delays or loss due to delivery services.

packaging

All orders are individually packaged in a light, protective envelope that will fit into your post slot. All packaging can be recycled.

Registered mail

Registered mail is optional. Take a look at the rates below and get in touch with us when you make the order if you prefer registered mail. For countries in Africa and South America we recommend going for registered mail as unregistered mail is not so reliable.

When ordering directly from our on-site Shop, you will have the option of selecting registered mail before you pay. 

When you choose to go for registered mail, you will receive a Track & Trace number from us. Registered mail usually takes 1 to 4 weeks depending on your location.
