Privacy policy
We only collect what's strictly necessary to process your order, and measure visits with privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics. No ad cookies, no profiling.
What we process: your name, delivery address, and email address, solely to fulfil your order. Payment details are handled by Stripe (PCI-DSS certified); we never see your full card details. Orders are stored in our own secure database (Neon). Confirmation and shipping emails are sent via Resend. For visitor statistics we use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics that count page views, referrers, countries, and devices in aggregate, with no cookies and no personal data, on the basis of legitimate interest. We run this on our own self-hosted Umami instance, alongside Vercel's cookieless analytics. We set no advertising cookies. Only if you accept analytics cookies in the banner do we additionally load Google Analytics; decline and the site works exactly the same. We never sell your data to third parties. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@28deg.com.
