EU consumer law gives you 14 days to change your mind. We give you 30. Not happy? We'll sort it.
Email hello@28deg.com within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number. We'll send return instructions. The wallet must come back unused, in new condition, in its original packaging where possible. Return shipping is at your expense; we don't reimburse it. Once the wallet arrives in good condition, we refund the purchase price (excluding the original outbound shipping) within 14 days via your original payment method. Arrived damaged or defective?
